Korean cuisine is unique and distinctive. Although primarily known for its big & bold flavors, in each dish a balance of all sense of taste (sweet, sour, bitter, salty and umami) is pursued. We use original Korean ingredients with a focus on fresh, organic, sustainable and seasonal produce.
We love Kimchi!
